Request deletion of Messenger and Order Manager data

You can ask SeaFresh to delete personal information associated with messages sent to our Facebook Page or with the SeaFresh Order Manager.

How to make a request

Email [email protected] with the subject Data deletion request and include your name and enough information to identify the relevant Facebook Messenger conversation or order, such as the approximate date and what you ordered.

Please do not send passwords or identity documents unless we specifically ask for additional verification.

What happens next

We will verify the request, locate the relevant records and respond when the request has been completed.

We may retain limited information where this is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, resolve a dispute or establish or defend legal claims. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

Automatic deletion

Whether or not you make a request, Messenger messages and draft order proposals are automatically deleted 30 days after we receive them, and the personal details on confirmed orders are removed 30 days after collection.
